Thank you for shopping at The Pool Ionizer Store. The following are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping
We only ship to the 48 continental states.
All orders are usually processed the same day. In some cases, up to 3 business days may be required. Orders are not shipped and potentially not delivered on weekends or holidays.
Weather, a high order volume, and other issues may occur, which can delay shipments by a few days. We do everything we can to get your order to you and we will notify you as soon as we know of any significant shipment delays.
Shipping Rates, Methods, and Delivery Estimates
We ship UPS and USPS. UPS will not ship to a PO Box.
We offer paid options to have your order delivered faster. Most orders are delivered in 5—7 business days.
Tracking numbers are provided when available.

30-Day Return Policy
The best way to return a product is to refuse the package when delivered to prevent your cost of shipping the return.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days, and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus return shipping costs and minus a potential restocking fee. Restocking fees are 15% — 40% and are based on the condition of the returned product.
We do NOT charge for restocking fees or return shipping for returns of defective products, or if you received the wrong item.
For returns of unopened items that are returned in the original condition as shipped within its return policy period, and per the Return Policy, we do NOT charge for restocking fees, but customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
